What We Believe

  •  We believe in the trinity of God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Mathew 28:19)
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is God the Son in the trinity. (Colossians 1:15, John 10:30)
  • We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 1:18-23)
  • We  believe that His death and resurrection paid the price for our sins,  reconciled us to God and His original plan for us. (Ephesians 1:3 – 14)
  • We  believe that salvation is received by believing in one’s heart and confessing with one’s  mouth that Jesus is Lord. (Romans 10:9-10)
  • We believe in the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in the life of a born again Christian. (John 14:16 – 17)
  • We believe that the bible is God’s written word to us and the only standard by which Christians must live. (2 Timothy 3:16)
  • We believe in developing and maintaining an intimate relationship with the Lord. (John 15:1-10)
  • We  believe in speaking in tongues, the power of prayer, divine healing, laying on of hands, and the display of God’s power and glory during  times of fellowship and ministry. (Romans 8:26, James 5:13 – 16, Acts  2:1- 4, Acts 4:3, Mark 16:15 – 20

  • We  believe in operating in gifts of the Spirit and in developing in the  fruit of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12: 1 – 1, Galatians 5:22 – 23)
  • We believe that everyone has a purpose.
  • We believe that everyone is gifted by God.
  • We believe that no one is too young to be used by God.
  • We believe that the Holy Spirit of God is not limited to adults. Children and young people can also enjoy an intimate relationship with Him, through Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that given the right opportunities, resources, support and personal commitment to the process; individuals can accomplish their goals, and fulfil their dreams and callings.
  • We believe in expressing love and kindness.
  • We believe that God’s love received is transformational
  • We believe that every individual has the ability to impact the world around them.
  • We believe that our identity is not in what we do, but who we are and Whose we are. We are children of the most high God, our heavenly Father.
  • We believe that Yahweh is God!

Our Founding Scripture verses are:

 JOHN 10:10

The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

MICAH 4:5

Meanwhile, all the other people live however they wish, picking and choosing their gods. But we live honoring God, and we’re loyal to our God forever and ever.

LUKE 10:38-42

38 Now while they were on their way, it occurred that Jesus entered a certain village, and a woman named Martha received and welcomed Him into her house.

39 And she had a sister named Mary, who seated herself at the Lord’s feet and was listening to His teaching.

40 But  Martha [overly occupied and too busy] was distracted with much serving;  and she came up to Him and said, Lord, is it nothing to You that my  sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me [to lend a  hand and do her part along with me]!

41 But the Lord replied to her by saying, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things;

42 There is need of only one or but a few things. Mary has chosen the good portion that which is to her advantage], which shall not be taken away from her.
